If your home is already connected to our natural gas distribution system and you would like to open or transfer an account, please call our Customer Contact Center. If you would like to find out if natural gas is available in your neighborhood, please call New England Gas Company at (508) 730-1091 to speak with a sales representative. You can also complete the form below and submit it to New England Gas Company. Please be certain to select from the menu of options to identify the type of service you are requesting (new construction or conversion). A sales representative will contact you to let you know whether natural gas is available on your street.

Building a new home and want natural gas? Please call New England Gas Company at (508) 730-1091 or complete the form below and submit it to New England Gas Company to request the installation of natural gas service to your new home. Please be certain to select from the menu of options to identify the type of service you are requesting (new construction). A sales representative will contact you to discuss applying for natural gas service.

Want to convert your home to natural gas? If you would like to find out more about converting your home to natural gas, please call New England Gas Company at (508) 730-1091 to speak with a member of our conversion team. You can also complete the form below and submit it to New England Gas Company. Please be certain to select from the menu of options to identify the type of service you are requesting (conversion). You will be contacted to discuss the process of converting to natural gas.
