Direct Payment Service is the most efficient and convenient way to pay your New England Gas Company bill.  Each month your gas bill amount will be automatically taken out of your checking or savings account * at the financial institution of your choice. You will still receive your New England Gas Company bill and will have approximately twenty-five (25) days to review the actual bill amount. This service is free to all customers.

 

*Please do not submit accounts using a passbook savings account, as we cannot process them.

 

To request an enrollment brochure for Direct Payment Service, please fill out the material below or you may click on the above box, print it out, fill in the appropriate information and mail it to the address on the form.  NOTE: This form requires a signature.
